Multi-channel AI admissions assistant

Leads arrived by SMS, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp at all hours. Staff could not answer fast enough and tours were being lost.

  • One persona across all four channels from a single prompt under an 8,000 character limit
  • Live calendar lookup and per-campus booking with requirements and pricing in the confirmation
  • Consent-based callback: asks for a mobile number, saves it, triggers a voice call within seconds

Bilingual websites with ad landing funnels

Two campuses, two languages and a steady stream of paid ads. The school needed pages for every ad and tracking that tells the ad team which form each lead came from.

  • Static English and Spanish sites generated from Python templates, with a campus switcher, on Vercel
  • CRM forms split by campus and language, each ending on a thank-you page that fires the lead event

    The agent, the workflows and the guardrails, tested with real messages and real calls before anything goes live.

    Live with alerts on failures, and a plain-English summary of what changed and how to check it yourself.

I'm based in Lahore, Pakistan, and I'm the only technical person behind a two-campus barber school in New York: its websites, CRM, ad tracking and AI voice and text agents. Next I'm building an AI receptionist platform for local businesses.
